2. What personal data we collect

Matizly is designed to work without collecting personal data from users. The site has no registration forms, login, or contact form: anyone who wants to reach us should write directly to the email published on the site ([email protected]), a channel outside the technical scope of this website.

We do not ask for or store names, addresses, passwords, payment details, or any other identifying data through the site itself.

3. Data stored on your own device (local storage)

Some Matizly tools (for example saved color palettes or usage preferences) are stored with the browser’s localStorage technology. That means the information stays only on your device and browser, is not sent to our servers or to any third party, and we cannot access it.

You can delete this data at any time from your browser settings (by clearing the site’s browsing/storage data) or from the options the tool itself provides to remove saved palettes.

4. Web analytics (Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager)

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics so we can understand, in aggregated and anonymous form, how the site is used (pages visited, time spent, approximate country or region, device and browser). This helps us improve the tools and does not identify anyone by name.

This service is activated only if you accept analytics cookies through the cookie consent panel (see the Cookie Policy for more detail). Google may process this data on servers outside the European Economic Area; in that case Google applies international transfer mechanisms recognized under European law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Legal basis for processing

Matizly is not specifically aimed at minors and does not knowingly request personal data from minors.
